Het vakantiehuis "von Allmen" is een vrijstaande, twee-gezinswoning gelegen in het hart van Wilderswil, Zwitserland, op een zonnige, zuidgerichte locatie in een rustige woonwijk. Het huis vormt een ideaal uitgangspunt voor het verkennen van de indrukwekkende Alpiene omgeving. De woning bevindt zich op 6,5 km van het meer en combineert rustig wonen in een residentiële buurt met gemakkelijke toegang tot de natuurlijke en culturele hoogtepunten van de Bernese Oberland.
Buitenruimtes
Het terras is voorzien van tuinmeubilair en biedt een ideale plek voor buitendinen of ontspanning. De gedeelde, omheinde tuin is goed onderhouden en beschikt over een ruim gazon met volwassen bomen die schaduw bieden, wat een aangename en veilige omgeving voor kinderen creëert. De zuidgerichte oriëntatie van de woning zorgt voor veel natuurlijk licht gedurende de dag.
Praktische informatie
Het vakantiehuis is een twee-gezinswoning waarin de eigenaar tijdens het verblijf aanwezig is. De eigenaar houdt een hond op het terrein. Wi-Fi is beschikbaar. Een parkeerplaats ter plaatse biedt ruimte voor 2 auto's. De omheinde tuin draagt bij aan de veiligheid en het comfort van jonge gasten. Gasten worden verzocht respect te hebben voor het gedeelde karakter van de tuinruimte en het residentiële karakter van de buurt.
Afstanden en bezienswaardigheden

Een binnenzwembad bevindt zich op 1,8 km, een buitenzwembad op 4,3 km en een badmeer op 6,5 km. Een indoor tenniscentrum ligt op 1,2 km, een ijsbaan op 2 km en een 18-holes golfbaan op 6,5 km. De bergtrein, gondellift en skifaciliteiten bevinden zich op 17 km van de woning. Het bekende stadje Interlaken ligt op slechts 4 km afstand; Jungfraujoch en Schilthorn zijn gemakkelijk bereikbaar vanuit de omgeving.
