Het pand is gebouwd op een hellend terrein waar de verdiepingen als niveaus worden geteld vanaf de begane grond, en geniet van een zuidelijke oriëntatie die gedurende de dag veel natuurlijk licht garandeert. De villa bevindt zich op slechts 1 km van het centrum en combineert rust met gemakkelijke toegang tot lokale voorzieningen.
