The villa is in an excellent location close to Lucignano. Day trips to the beautiful Tuscan countryside and its towns is very easy and pleasant. The villa hosts were cooperative and helpful. The quality of linen, bedding and kitchen utensils was of average quality. The beds were ok but no more than that. The pool area is a highlight. Beautiful spot, clean pool and nice furniture. Despite the limitations described we had a wonderful time and would recommend a stay here.
We had an incredible stay at this location. Amazing view, excellent room and an a great Maria who welcomed us and who made our staying at the best. Thank you Maria for everything.

We had a wonderful family reunion here with guests coming from different parts of the world. It was fabulous! We particularly enjoyed the local restaurant service as it was perfect for our large group!
We wish that the appliances and plumbing (overall maintainance) were checked to see if they work properly before handing the house over. The glass door did not close completely, which could results in an energy efficiency concern. It was not very user friendly in the fact that the kitchenette seemed small. Overall, we enjoyed the place because it was right next to the water, in a calmer neighborhood. It was nice that it was out of the way of main traffic to San Marco, but it was also conveniently located by the vaporetti stations and many major attractions such as the San Marco Square were all within walking distance. If we were to visit Venice again, we would consider staying at the place a second time.
The location of the property was amazing, it was a short walk to Castiglion Fiorentino. We stayed there a week with our 10 months old and everything was perfect. The owner even lent us the chair he used for his grandchildren. He did not speak english but we managed to understand each other just fine! The pool and grounds are well kept and beautiful. Inside it is basic but perfect for the price and everything you need is there :)

Villa Falcone enstsprach in allem unseren doch hohen Erwartungen. Die Villa liegt auf einem Hügel mit beeindruckenden Blick in die Landschaft und über den See Lago Chiuso. Das Grundstück ist so groß und hat so viele Sitzecken das es auch in größeren Gruppen möglich ist einen ruhigen Platz zu finden. Dien Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und angemessen eingerichtet. Durch die Bäder en Suite gibt es auch dort genügend Individualität. Der Tisch im Ess/Wohnzimmer ist eine Wucht und bietet Platz auch größere Menüs zu verspeisen. Die Küche ist nicht nur mit einem 5 flammen Gasherd, sondern auch mit einem Steinofen(traumhaft für Pizza) und einem Holzkohlengrill ausgerüstet und hat alle Geräte die man so braucht. Auch die zwei großen Eisschränke waren bei unserer Gruppe sehr nützlich.
Die Hauskeeper waren sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Auch die Tipps waren sehr hilfreich, besonders der zur Weinprobe.
Zusammenfassend eine sehr schöne Villa mit einem sehr guten Preis/Leisungsverhältnis.
