Our only concern was that Daniele who met us at the house did not speak English well. It was difficult to communicate with him. Our only other concern was that the shower liners were moldy and we had to bleach them. Other than those issues we were very happy with our stay. The maintenance man took a liking to us and treated us to fresh figs, grapes and plums!!! YUm.
This is a fabulous property with an outstanding view, centrally located to all major points of interest - Pisa, Livorno, Siena, Florence, Montalcino etc... We were a party of 7 people and there was more than ample space for a larger group. I would highly recommend this property
The Villa is a beautiful property, ideally located on the Piazza Della Fortezza. The rooms are spacious and very well appointed. Exterior spaces are inviting and provide great venues for conversation, food, and wine. The owners and overseers are very friendly, generous, and helpful. All in all, it was one of our best vacations sites ever.
Wunderschöne Anlage, abgelegen auf einer Anhöhe mit traumhafter Aussicht. Auch die Besitzer sind sehr nett. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Anfahrt ist allerdings nicht für kleine, tiefere Autos.

Beautiful complex, secluded on a hill with fantastic views. The owners are very nice too. There is nothing missing. However, the access road is not suitable for small, deeper cars.
the location of the villa was superb as the views from it were magnificent. The access track from the main road could do with some improvement as the pot holes will not get any smaller!The owners with little english were kind and really helpful with any questions that we would ask. It was a relaxing holiday with only occasionally being disrupted by the donkey next door.
