We had a wonderful time. It was 3 couples and one baby for a New Year's Eve getaway (3 nights).
The living room had christmas tree with lights and everything was very cozy and homey. The bedrooms are pretty small, but we didn't spend time in there except at night. The livingroom/kitchen are is open and spaceous. It was definitely enough for 6 adults.

Location was perfect. But unfortunatly some facilities in the apartment were not as good as you should expect for this price. We were very dissapointed by the local contact person. Explanaition of the apartment was very poor and not welcoming at all! First day no hot water and no heating because she forgot, no apologies at all, or she did not come to fix it.
And 2 keys would be better, as you cannot leave the house without a key of the central entrance.

Siamo stati per capodanno, 3 famiglie con bambini. Il casale è bellissimo, curato in ogni dettaglio, con stanze grandi e pulite. Annalisa è stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile. Il casale è un pò isolato ma immerso nella natura e molto tranquillo. Essendo andati per capodanno e avendo avuto brutto tempo non abbiamo potuto apprezzare i sentieri e le passeggiate ma i bambini si sono divertiti lo stesso negli spazi all'aperto. La vista sulla vallata è spettacolare. Abbiamo apprezzato l'attenzione dedicata ai bambini: in casa ci sono giochi e libri per tutte le età!

Very clean and cozy, perfectly respondent to description. Kitchen equipped with alll the necessary. Amazing position and lake view.

I higly recommend this Villa and the owner as well. :)
2-floors, stylish furnished and equipped with all necessary things.
Beutiful garden with swimming-pool (did not use it, as we stayed in Nov).
All rooms with bathrooms - it is very comfortable.
Irene is a perfect host! She took care of us and show around a village.
Her tips and hints were very useful.
This is a truly TUSCANY place :)
Would love to come back on summer with friends.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so brauch. Die Gastgeber sind auch sehr herzlich, sprechen allerdings nur Italienisch, was die Verständigung nicht ganz einfach macht. Geklappt hat´s trotzdem ;) Die Umgebung ist malerisch und das nächste größere Dorf (Castelnuovo Berardenga) ist sehr hübsch. Insgesamt ist man schnell in Siena, Florenz, und auch an der Küste. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The hosts are also very warm, but only speak Italian, which makes the communication not so easy. The scenery is picturesque and the next larger village (Castelnuovo Berardenga) is very pretty. Overall, it is fast to get to Siena, Florence, and also to the coast. We'll be back!

Dieses Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Tolle Lage , Ruhe , sehr gute Ausstattung . Man liegt mitten zwischen Pisa und Florenz . Da sind alle Ausflüge möglich. Ideal mit Hund.

Parfait. Calme. Spacieux. Les propriétaires sont très à l'écoute. L'apartement est spatieux avec tout le confort possible.
