Maison très calme et propre. Bien située et confortable.

Saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Allerdings zu kalt, da die Heizung zentral geregelt ist und mein Eindruck die Heizung war immer auf Minimum oder aus. Unfreundliche Nachbarn, sogar bei Zimmerlautstärke wurde an der Tür geklopft. Ah ja; in diesem Zeitalter gab es dort auch kein WLAN. Nicht zu empfehlen!

However, too cold, since the heating is regulated centrally and my impression is that the heating was always on minimum or off. Unfriendly neighbors, even at room volume, there was a knock on the door. Ah yes; in this period there was no WiFi either. Not recommendable!
Wonderfull appartment. Much room. The center of Prague is very easy reach. Nice stay there.
Only detail critics. The hoze of the shour in the main bathroom is to short.
There's no mixer or blender. That's it.
Very charming house, cosy, well equipped with everything. We have spent Christmas days and felt as we were at home. Rooms located in the upper floor are spacious and with views on the valley. On the other hand , all rooms located on the lower floor are not so cosy; especially one, which has two small windows and it is mostly underground. Not much light in the rooms, not even artificial. All mattresses are extremely comfortable and it is great to sleep there! Bathrooms are all spacious, nicely furnished.
Nice garden and surroundings, good for walking and exercising. I can imagine how wonderful could be having dinner on the patio table outside. In winter was too cold to be outside. But the view is beatiful from the upper floor windows. We could lit up everynight the fireplace. The owners provided us a small Christmas tree and few decoration. Location is quite comfortable to reach easily Arezzo. Also Monte San Savino and Cortona, it is a 45 minutes drive.
C’est un lieu merveilleux à tout point de vue.
La période d’hiver n’est cependant pas le meilleur choix. En effet, le chauffage au gaz nous a coûté une fortune pour une semaine.
Pour les autres saisons n’hésitez pas !

It’s a wonderful place in every way.
The winter period, however, is not the best choice. Indeed, gas heating cost us a fortune for a week.
For other seasons, do not hesitate!
We had a wonderful stay here. The costs for extras weren’t made clear and extra cost to vacation rentals. Lovely people to deal with. I would strongly recommend this property to others and I would visit again. A great location.
The apartament is very nice and located in a wonderful ancient city.
Could be very appreciate to add a coat hangers in the apartaments.
