The comments below sum up our experience. In brief a lovely tranquil spot, ideal for rest and relaxation but near enough to major tourist spots to enjoy exploring. The owner, Paolo, is really welcoming, friendly and helpful.
We had a wonderful stay at Casa Lucia. Martina and her family were very welcoming. The location is very convenient for day trips throughout the heart of Tuscany. Supermarket is close by. I would recommend taking advantage of the meal cooked and served by Martina and her family. This meal was one of the highlights of our trip. The house is very clean and has every convenience you need for an enjoyable stay. We were sorry that the pool wasn't open yet, but with all the rain, we wouldn't have been able to enjoy it anyway.
I stayed at Strada Romita with my wife on our honeymoon. The stay was absolutely perfect. The people were friendly and helpful, the area was quiet and beautiful, the room was incredibly charming, the value was great, and everything in the stay went off without a hitch. I would definitely stay there again if I travel to Tuscany in the future.

Wir waren sehr angetan. Die Lage des Apartments ist traumhaft. Der Blick und die Innenausstattung ist exakt wie auf den Fotos! Die Kommunikation mit Chiara lief problemlos und sie hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Den Pool konnten wir leider aufgrund des schlechten Wetters nicht nutzen, aber er war sehr sauber. Die Anfahrt ist ein wenig abenteuerlich. Eine Buchung ist absolut zu empfehlen!

The communication with Chiara ran smoothly and she always answered very fast. Unfortunately we could not use the pool because of the bad weather, but it was very clean. The access road is a bit adventurous. A booking is absolutely recommended!

The villa was fabulous, loads of room, to die for views, well thought out outside seating, great pool. We had nothing to complain about!
As is often the case the access track is fairly rough but only a low sports car would struggle getting up there. Very well equipped supermarkets 3km drive away in Borgo, would recommend the Co-op. Also a direct train to Florence from the station.
Wonderful apartment with easy access to everywhere. Sperlonga is a beautiful seaside town where everyone is so friendly. The apartment was central, clean, safe and perfect for our needs. We will be back.
Claudia and Leonardo were great hosts, very nice and welcoming. Everything was just perfect. The house was super clean and cosy. This place was exactly what all family needed. Very quiet and relaxing. Great decoration with tuscany character. We took advantage of the well equipped kitchen and incredible outside area. The views were stunning overlooking Tuscany with a pool to hang at to enjoy the beautiful day. It was great place for excellent hiking and to visit best places in Tuscany: Florence, Siena, Chianti region.... and many more. Lovely medieval village next to it to visit .
