Het lezen van commentaar en recensies van vorige huurders die al verbleven in een vakantiewoning of appartement via Easy Reserve is een uitstekende manier om te beginnen met het plannen van uw volgende verblijf. Na het verblijf vragen wij aan alle huurders om de verschillende aspecten van de accommodatie te beoordelen en tevens een algemene opmerking te publiceren. Die Unterkunft entsprach nicht unsere Erwartung. Das Mobiliar ist alt und muffig. Dieser Muff (riecht immer nach feuchtem Keller) bekommt man auch beim Lüften nicht raus. Die Küche ist ebenfalls sehr alt und das Mobiliar sowie die Elektrogeräte sind einfach zusammengestellt worden. Die Schränke sind krumm und schief und die Arbeitsplatte zum Teil eingerissen. Lädt nicht zum Kochen ein. Auch wenn es genug Kochutensilien hatte, wirkte es alles wie vom Trödel.
Vom Raum her war es großzügig, aber leider mit alten Möbeln zugestellt. Die Terrasse und das Grundstück waren schön und groß. Leider waren die Gartenmöbel wiederum aus Plastik und nicht sehr gemütlich. Fazit: Man gewöhnt sich an alles! Das Haus könnte mit wenig Aufwand modernisiert werden. Dann wäre es das Geld auch wert. So allerdings leider nicht!
Bei aller Kritik möchte ich betonen, dass die Vermieter sehr nette Leute waren. Wir hatte einmal Probleme mit dem Duschkopf und mit dem Tor. Beide Dinge wurden umgehend repariert!
Nous avons passé 2 semaines formidables en famille dans cette magnifique région. La maison (ou plutôt les maisons) sont très confortables, le terrain est immense et la piscine magnifique.
Les hôtes ont été aux petits soins pour nous. Tout a été parfait.

The hosts took great care of us. Everything was perfect.
Genuinely nice villa, well-furnished and close to Rome. Nice swimming pool and surroundings. Particularly spectacular panorama on Rome suburbs during the night. Very large property with olive garden. Some small negative details: it is difficult (almost impossible) to close the main door with the keys.
Wunderschön und sehr ruhig gelegenes Anwesen mit sehr guter Ausstattung und hervorragende Erreichbarkeit umliegender Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Pleasant flat, with some improvements to be made
The house was very clean. There are limited supplies in the kitchen so you will need to make sure you buy some. The pool is unheated so can be refreshing in cooler months.
Points positifs : Très belle maison de vacances. Avec une très belle vue sur la mer adriatique et une assez grande piscine.
La pergola est top pour les repas et le barbecue immense.
L'intérieur de la maison est fonctionnel et bien équipé.
Les supermarchés sont à moins de 5min en voiture et même accessibles à pied.
Climatisation qui permet de bien dormir la nuit.
Points negatifs à améliorer : la piscine était souvent froide malgré la chaleur exterieur. Difficile d'y rentrer. Dommage aussi que le voisin du dessous expose ses carcasses automobiles. Ça gâche un peu la vue. Il attache ses chiens qui aboient à longueur de journée.
L'entrée en gravillon de la maison et le portail pourrait être améliorés.
La douche extérieur fuit et on doit fermer le robinet manuellement.
Le WC est très inconfortable avec le lavabo trop proche.
Le carrelage de la piscine est très glissant.
Une des 2 climatisations est hs, fuite d'eau sur le canapé du salon.

Positive points : Very nice holiday home. With a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea and a fairly large pool.
The pergola is great for meals and the barbecue is huge.
The interior of the house is functional and well equipped.
The supermarkets are less than 5 minutes away by car and even within walking distance.
Air conditioning which allows you to sleep well at night.
Negative points to improve: the pool was often cold despite the heat outside. Difficult to get in. It's a pity that the neighbour below exhibits his old cars. It spoils the view a bit. He ties up his dogs who bark all day long.
The gravel driveway and the gate could be improved.
The outside shower leaks and we have to turn the tap off manually.
The toilet is very uncomfortable with the sink too close.
The tiles in the pool area are very slippery.
One of the 2 air conditioners is broken, water leakage on the sofa in the living room.
