The location is wonderful, centrally located for Sienna, Florence, the Chianti region, etc, and only minutes away from San Gimignano. The view from the property's garden of the latter and the surrounding countryside is unbeatable. The family who own it are friendly (even their dog) and give their guests as much privacy as needed.

We had a wonderful week at Villa Fabbroni. It was lovely and the pool was very cool looking over the mountains in between olive trees. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Our hosts were welcoming and very informative about Tuscany. The meals we ate at the villa were delicious and I recommend the Tuesday Night pizza. The villa is a great place for families and we hope to return there in the future.

Great location in Tuscany. Easy to get to all surrounding cities. The owners, were very helpful and gracious. The village people were very friendly.

Poggio Nardini offered the perfect setting for our large, extended family. An easy half hour train ride from Florence, the farmhouse is set in a idyllic, rural setting with lovely views of the countryside. (Be armed with protection from the mosquitoes however!) The farmhouse and other units are filled with simple but comfortable country style funiture and earthy antiques. Our entire stay was made memorable by the kindness and graciousness of our hosts. We had a wonderful time at Castello Montegufoni. The building is absolutely superb, the garden and the pool area is fantastic and the view is beautiful. One night we had dinner at the castle's restaurant, which was also very nice and a good price as well. In the end of our stay I even bought a book about the castel's history. It is fascinating. The Villa Fabbroni was just as we had hoped. Great location. Great property. Pool and grounds were beautiful. Stefano and Sergio were there to help with anything we needed. Sergio's weekend dinners were fabulous. We all can not wait to return.

we had a wonderfull stay in Casaccia. It is a very nice house and we feld welcome and very good .The owner ontroduced us and was very friendly.
We hope that we will be able to go back there once more.

La puzzola is a small villa but it has everything required, and it is in superb grounds with a wonderful aspect. It is a perfect place for a relaxed, tranquil holiday. The villa is in a remote location at the top of a hill, and the drive up on the hairpin gravel track is exciting or terrifying, depending on your point of view, but it is the remoteness of the location that gives it its special charm. Patrizio and Tiberio are excellent hosts who were very kind and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. We particularly enjoyed all the personal touches, including the vegetables in the garden and the home made wine. Thank you Patrizia and Tiberio.

The Website pictures do not do the property justice. Having stayed at various Villas (in this price bracket) throughout Europe, this property is up there with the best. If you enjoy Carp fishing the pond is well stocked.
