Het lezen van commentaar en recensies van vorige huurders die al verbleven in een vakantiewoning of appartement via Easy Reserve is een uitstekende manier om te beginnen met het plannen van uw volgende verblijf. Na het verblijf vragen wij aan alle huurders om de verschillende aspecten van de accommodatie te beoordelen en tevens een algemene opmerking te publiceren. Als u een vakantie aan het organiseren bent, neem dan zeker even de tijd om deze recensies door te lezen - u zal er geen spijt van krijgen.
De ligging van de locatie is prachtig, vanaf beide kanten is het een prachtige slingerweg omhoog naar de villa, eenmaal door de elektronisch bedienbare poort gekomen was er alle ruimte om onze 6 auto's kwijt te kunnen. (En er is nog genoeg ruimte voor meer)
Elke slaapkamer is comfortabel en heeft een eigen badkamer en er is genoeg ruimte om in ons geval met een groep van 9 comfortabel te slapen, ontbijten, koken, barbecueën en te ontspannen. Het zwembad was een beetje fris in deze tijd van het jaar, wel lekker als het geen 20 °C is.
De villa is opgedeeld in 4 (voormalig) appartementen en een bijgebouw met elk een eigen keuken en woonkamer, zo is er nog extra ruimte om je terug te trekken.
Voor de villa is er plek om overdekt buiten te zitten onder de overkapping en achter de villa is er een prachtige ruimte met een grill.
De regio is ook echt prachtig, er is veel te zien en te doen. Als je er op uit gaat met een grote groep of grote familie is dit een heerlijke plek om je rustig terug te kunnen trekken en zijn veel mooie steden in een goed uur aan te rijden.
Ook zitten er plenty goede restaurants in de regio.
Wat ook positief opviel was de eigenaar, we zijn ontzettend vriendelijk ontvangen en rondgeleid. Ook hebben we een aantal goede tips meegekregen voor bezienswaardigheden.
Ze was verder erg flexibel met uitchecken al met al perfect, hier zo ik zo weer terugkomen!

Each bedroom is comfortable and has its own bathroom and there is enough space to sleep, have breakfast, cook, barbecue and relax comfortably with a group of 9 in our case. The pool was a bit chilly at this time of year, but nice when it is not 20 °C.
The villa is divided into 4 (former) apartments and an annexe, each with its own kitchen and living room, so there is extra space to retreat to.
In front of the villa there is a place to sit outside under the canopy and behind the villa there is a beautiful space with a grill.
The region is also really beautiful, there is a lot to see and do. If you are going out with a large group or large family, this is a wonderful place to retreat to and many beautiful cities can be reached within a good hour's drive.
There are also plenty of good restaurants in the area.
Another positive thing was the owner, we were received very friendly and shown around. We also received a number of good tips for sights.
She was also very flexible with checking out, all in all perfect, I will definitely come back here again!

We liked to sit at Osteria, good host and good food!
What a fantastic property...amazing house, pool, barbecue area and lovely gardens. Beatrice was a fantastic host and anything we needed was provided. Plenty of towels, coffee pods etc. I would highly recommend this house
We loved the masseriola Villa Paradiso. Besides Ostuni once can easily visit Martina Franca, Locorotondo, Cisternino and even Monopoli - all beautiful towns.
All the bedrooms and bathrooms are nicely and comfortably furnished with great quality linens. The pool and backyard provided a quiet and beautiful area for al fresco meals or aperitivos. The house is a lot more spacious than we thought.
Don't hesitate to book!
L'accueil est chaleureux, le cadre général est très beau et bucolique (campagne toscane, jardin du château, ...) mais nous avons été particulièrement déçus car
- le soir de notre arrivée le restaurant, comme une partie du château étaient fermés pour cause de privatisation pour mariage. Nous aurions aimé avoir une information préalable car en plus comme nous étions en fin de journée, un samedi soir, ce fut compliqué de trouver une table dans un restaurant qui était recommandé par la réception du château. Et puis, nous étions mal à l'aise de circuler dans le château parmi les invités du mariage. Résultat nous sommes restés reclus dans notre logement pour la soirée avant et après notre dîner à l'extérieur.
- le jour de notre arrivée le parking était donc complet pour cause de mariage. On nous a finalement trouvé une place après que nous ayons exprimé notre mécontentement.
- le coin terrasse donnait sur le parking ... peu d'intimité ... le va et vient des voitures et donc le soir du mariage (samedi soir), la nuit fut bruyante et mouvementée avec la fête et les déplacements de véhicules sur le parking
- nous n'avions pas d'eau chaude le 1er soir....aucune information n'avait été fournie sur comment disposer de l'eau chaude
- la salle de bain et la cuisine n'étaient pas vraiment propres .... en tous les cas comme nous l'aurions imaginé. Dans la cuisine les interrupteurs étaient gras et souillés notamment et le bac de la douche pas clean ... nous avons eu aussi des remontées nauséabondes via bonde de la douche)
Super Haus, schöne Aussicht, herrlicher Pool! Schön nah an Florenz, und geeignet für große Gruppen.

Heel fijn huis. Alles is aanwezig. Heel groot zwembad en prachtig uitzicht. Ligt wel een beetje afgelegen tov restaurants. Alles moet per auto/fiets gedaan worden.
We had a fabulous week, despite the mixed weather. The property was perfect for the seven of us and was well equipped with table tennis, swimming pool and pool table. Lots of board games as well. Simone’s and her family were friendly and helpful. the bedrooms were comfortable and well looked after with the cleaner coming in on six days out of seven. We will definitely look to go back.
Apartment was ok - everything as described. We felt very comfortable in that flat. Only the Agency - Interhome in Carnac was bad/not helpful. No, not the whole agency, only one of the employees. Unfortuantely mostly we had to talk to her.
