Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Ambiente verbringen dürfen,einziger Kritikpunkt ist die nicht vorgeheizte Wohnung gewesen,wahrscheinlich waren wir die ersten Mieter in der neuen Saison und mussten daher erst einmal die Räumlichkeiten soweit beheizen,dass es erträglich war,nur fanden wir die dadurch entstandenen Heizkosten für den kurzen Aufenthalt in Höhe von 85,-Euro zu hoch.Ansonsten können wir diese herrliche Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Cortona is a wonderful town, and the Appartamento Giulia allows a visitor to experience it at it's best. The view alone is worth the price of renting, but all the rooms are functional, beautifully furnished, and full of character. Highly recommended.

Beautiful and tranquil surroundings and only an hour drive to many wonderful walled cities. Will likely be back in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. It is conveniently located for travelling to many places in Tuscany and well equipped for making it your home. Maria is a welcoming and helpful host.

This resort is in a good quiet location close to San Gimignano. The staff were very helpful. Wi-fi connection was weak at times. They provided very little for the renters. For example, there was no complimentary tea, coffee or condiments like salt or sugar.

The appt is cozy and enjoyable.
It was a bit of a shock to get there though as its 4km off an unmarked dirt road with no lights, so very hard to arrive at dusk. The booking didnt prepare us for the relative remoteness of the property, which meant that each family needed to have their own car to be independent (which we didnt) - wasnt advisable to use a large van as we did on that road. The transport links from San Polo were very poor to Firenze.
The property had good rooms and kitchen.
My suggestion is for the showers to be fitted with small corner shelves to hold toileteries
Pergolo was decently furnished (not as grand as Padronale)
However, the shared space (Kitchen and Living) could be considerably better as the sofa there was in a very poor and ratty condition and should be replaced. A coffee table could be added. Just these simple things would give a much nicer feel to the room
The internet was inaccessible in this part of the house. It would be a good investment (EUR50?) to have a repeater or internet signal amplifier around Pergolo.Zou u deze woning aanbevelen aan een vriend? Ja

Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig in der Hügellandschaft des Chianti und bildet einen idealen Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren. Rasch ist man auch mit dem Auto auf der Schnellstraße, die Siena mit Florenz verbindet. Wenige Kilometer sind es nach Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung bietet alles, was für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt nötig ist. Eine privat abgeschirmte Terrasse gibt es nicht, suchten wir aber auch nicht. Direkt vor Ort gibt es Wein und Öl zu kaufen. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr hilfsbereit und spricht u.a. deutsch.
