Bonjour,
Très belle maison et fonctionnelle mais 2 remarques, il serait primordial d'installer la climatisation car les nuits les températures ne baissent pas et aussi d’installer des moustiquaires des fenêtres car les moustiques sont nombreux et agressifs.
La piscine est appréciable et de belles dimensions. Le village est très joli et l'emplacement à 1 H 20 de Rome est accessible.
