The manor villa is located in Oravi, on the shore of Lake Haukivesi. It offers a peaceful location with a private beach, a pier, a small sand beach, and a lakeside sauna. There is a shared activity area with the neighboring villa, where you can play games like badminton. The lakeside sauna is available for use between May 1st and October 15th. At the beach, there is a hot tub that guests can use throughout the year. Next to the hot tub, there is also a campfire site and a fish-cleaning table.
46 km to the northwest from Savonlinna, Lake Saimaa 50 m, hard gravel bottomed, and gently sloping beach. Own pier and rowing boat.
High-quality wood villa, built in 2008, features a spacious living room/kitchen on the ground floor, three bedrooms with two beds in each, a utility room/dressing room, a bathroom with two showers, an electric sauna, a separate shower room, and two separate WCs.
The cottage has an air-source heat pump with cooling function.
On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms with two beds in each, a WC, and a shower room. Pets are allowed for an additional fee, payment per pet. The final cleaning and bed linen are included in the rent.

Deze houten villa ligt in het rustige Finse lakelandschap van Oravi, op ongeveer 45 kilometer noordwestelijk van Savonlinna, en bevindt zich slechts 50 meter van het zuivere water van het Saimaameer, ook bekend als Joutenvesi. De villa is gebouwd in 2014 en biedt plaats aan maximaal 10 gasten verdeeld over 5 slaapkamers. De begane grond beschikt over 3 slaapkamers met elk 2 bedden en een eigen badkamer met douche en toilet. De bovenverdieping omvat een slaapkamer met 2 bedden, een slaaploft met 2 bedden en een toilet. De villa is verder voorzien van een grote keuken-woonkamer, een bijkeuken, een kleedkamer, een wasruimte, een elektrische sauna en een apart toilet; in totaal zijn er 5 douches en 5 toiletten aanwezig.
Buitenruimtes
Een groot terras biedt een uitnodigende plek voor buitendinen, ontspanning en het genieten van het panoramische uitzicht op het meer en het omringende bos. De oever bevindt zich op slechts 50 meter van de villa en beschikt over een zandstrand met een deels rotsachtige bodem en een privésteiger, ideaal voor zwemmen, zonnebaden of het genieten van de rust van het water. Gasten hebben toegang tot een eigen boot waarmee het uitgestrekte Saimaameer kan worden verkend. Een sauna aan het meer met een houtkachel is beschikbaar van 1 mei tot 31 oktober. Nabij de oever bevindt zich een speciale visschoonmaakplek naast het grillgedeelte.

De villa beschikt over een luchtbron-warmtepomp die ook een koelfunctie biedt. Wi-Fi is beschikbaar; satelliettelevision is aanwezig. De villa is uitgerust met zonnepanelen voor duurzame elektriciteitsopwekking. Huisdieren zijn welkom tegen een toeslag per dier.

Savonlinna ligt op ongeveer 45 kilometer afstand en staat bekend om het middeleeuwse kasteel Olavinlinna en het wereldberoemde Savonlinna Opera Festival. Bedroom of 20 m² with a double bed, smart TV, electric curtains, individual room temperature control, glass balcony. The upper floor hall can be accessed from ground floor either via steep stairs or gentler stairs through the upper floor bedroom.
In the tower room, there is a living area with magnificent views, windows in four directions, a sofa bed for two, and a glass balcony to admire the scenery. Access to the tower room is through the upper floor bedroom.
In the yard, there is a massive and impressive granite cooking pit available for use!
The lakeside sauna has a dressing room and a wood-heated sauna stove. The sauna is a former smoke sauna, and the old smoke stove has been left as a decoration and is not in use. There is a large terrace right by the water.
The grill shelter has a gas grill, a brick-built wood grill, and a smoker.
